Sota Enterprises Is Hiring Snow Removal Operators for the Twin Cities

We're growing our snow team and we're looking for the right people to join us this winter. Sota Enterprises is actively hiring operators for the upcoming season across the Twin Cities Metro - and we're getting our crew locked in early. If you've got experience behind the wheel of a plow truck or behind the controls of a skid loader or wheel loader, we want to hear from you.

Here's what we run: pickup trucks, plow trucks, skid loaders, mini loaders, and large wheel loaders. Our equipment is newer and well-maintained. When the snow flies, everything is ready to go - no excuses, no scrambling. We take pride in that, and we expect our operators to take pride in the work too.

Overnight availability is a must. Snow events don't follow a 9-to-5 schedule, and our crews don't either. If you're a construction worker, landscaper, or equipment operator who gets laid off in the winter, this is a great way to keep earning through the cold months. It's also a solid fit for anyone with a flexible schedule who wants to pick up hours when the storms roll in.
