Meet Lance Thompson - A Cornerstone of the Sota Team

We want to take a moment to highlight one of our own - Lance Thompson. This is his third summer with Sota Enterprises, and honestly, it's hard to imagine the team without him.

Lance's primary role is Lead Landscape Supply Delivery Driver. That might sound straightforward, but it's a critical piece of how we operate. When materials don't show up on time or get delivered wrong, jobs stall. Lance keeps that from happening. He's the reason our crews have what they need, when they need it.

What sets Lance apart is that he doesn't stop there. When deliveries are done, he's out on the softscape and hardscape crews, jumping in wherever the day calls for it. That kind of flexibility is rare, and it makes a real difference on busy days.

The Sota Irrigation trailer in the background says a lot about how we're built as a company - installation, service, repair. It takes people like Lance, who understand every corner of the operation, to back that up in the field. He brings that same reliability to everything he touches.
