Meet Josh Volbert, Hardscape Crew Member at Team Sota

Good hardscape work doesn't happen by accident. It takes someone who genuinely cares about the details - the precision cuts, the tight fits, the finishing touches that most people never notice but would absolutely notice if they were missing. That's exactly the kind of person Josh Volbert is.

Josh is one of our skilled Hardscape Crew Members, and he's the guy behind the precision cuts that make our patio and hardscape installations come together the way they do. Intricate paver layouts, detailed finishing work, pieces that fit just right - that's his wheelhouse. And he takes real pride in it.

That kind of craftsmanship isn't something you can fake. It shows up in the finished product, and it's a big part of why our customers end up with outdoor spaces they're genuinely excited about. When the details are right, everything just looks better.

On top of all that, Josh has something exciting happening at home too. He's expecting his third child soon, and that's a milestone we're really happy to celebrate with him. It takes a lot to show up and do quality work day in and day out - and Josh does it while being a dedicated family man on top of it all.
