Hi, I’m Mitchell Whyte!
I am the owner and operator of Sota Enterprises. I have been in the landscape and agriculture industry for over 20 years. In my several years gaining experience in the industry. My hobby become more then that and Sota Enterprises became a reality in the winter of 2020. In the years to follow Sota Enterprises has developed into different divisions to service our customers: Sota Landscaping specializing in all your installation from hardscape to softscape landscaping; Sota Landscape Supply which specializes in bulk landscape material delivery to residential and commercial customers; Sota Custom Curbing Specializing in concrete landscape curbing adding Curb appeal to your home; Sota Fence Company specializing in residential and agriculture fencing; Sota Irrigation specializing in residential irrigation service and install and Sota Snow specializing in Residential and commercial full service snow removal!
My vision and dream is to make Sota Enterprises into a company that can support many local families and the communities we serve.
I grew up in Lakeville, MN and graduated from Lakeville High School in 2003. Then, I attended college at UW – River Falls graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with emphasis in Crop Science.
I currently live in Lakeville, MN with my wife Anna and our two kids. In my free time I enjoy traveling with my family, spending time outdoors with our animals (dogs, horses, cows, you name it!), in a corn field, and/or doing various activities with my family/friends.
Nathan Zebro
Operations Manager
Hi, I’m Nathan Zebro!
I am the operations manager for Sota Enterprises. From the ripe age of 5 I have been on job sites – learning the trades. I grew up around the concrete and construction industry and I am no stranger to the job!
I grew up in Northeast Minneapolis and Mendota Heights graduating from the Academy of Holy Angels in 2002. Then, I attended Montana State University where I pursued a degree in Architecture, Drafting & Design. From there I found my passion in serving people in the bar & restaurant industry where I spent years managing. Lastly, I jumped in with Mitch when he started Sota!
I currently live in Elko New Market, MN with my wife Stephanie and three kids. In my free time, you can find me coaching/playing hockey, enjoying the outdoors – hunting, fishing, camping, and doing various activities with family/friends.
Cody Konieczny
Irrigation Lead
Hi, I’m Cody Konieczny!
I am the irrigation lead for Sota Enterprises. I have been in the industry for roughly 6 years now – prior to Sota I was working for my uncle doing different landscape services for others. With the knowledge of landscape services coming fairly natural for me, I find that I love helping good people make their dreams a reality. My goal is to exceed our clients’ expectations by working diligently to complete an exceptional service that you will be satisfied with.
I grew up in Mendota Heights and graduated from Cretin-Derham Hall in 2020. Then, I attended University of North Dakota studying unmanned aircraft systems where I soon found school is not for me!
I currently live in Eagan with my girlfriend, Jaden. In my free time, you can find me relaxing, at several arenas playing Hockey, up north in Turtle Lake, WI mainly, and/or doing a variety of different activities with my family/friends.
Jeff Anhorn
Landscaping Specialist
Hi, I’m Jeff Anhorn!
I specialize in landscaping for Sota Enterprises. I have about 20 years of landscape experience through other companies prior to joining the Sota Enterprises team! Growing up, I helped my uncle remodel several homes and that is where I got my passion for landscape services. Finding this passion showed me I just needed to put the work in and I could perfect the skill.
I grew up in Lakeville, MN and graduated from Lakeville High School in 2004. Then, I attended National American University for Small Business Management.
I currently live in Farmington, MN with my girlfriend Amy. In my free time, you can find me gardening or doing any type of outdoor stuff – hiking, fishing, riding ATV’s, etc. other than doing various activities with family/friends!
